A solar eclipse occurred yesterday. The phenomenon gave the inspiration for a gallery focused on circles: Circles in the world.
The eclipse was visible in proximity to the South Pole and to the southernmost part of Argentina, for instance the Falkland Islands. Other countries could see a partial eclipse: Argentina (also the northern area), Chile and, in part, Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil.
