Taking a picture in best light conditions allows to obtain amazing images. What are the best moments in the day to take a picture?
It depends on the season: in the summertime, the best conditions are in the morning or in the afternoon, but not in the middle of a day, when the light is very bright. It is important to know where your favorite subject is located by observing the cardinal points. In this way you can plan the best moment of a day to take a good photo. In the example above, 6pm should be fine in terms of light, but in this case the sun is not in the right position (look at cardinal points).
When you don’t have the ideal lighting conditions, it can be more difficult to get a good exposure. When taking a picture, always ask yourself if you can have a better exposure. Don’t be satisfied with an overexposed and colorless image. You can play with light and underexpose the picture to obtain an interesting silhouette effect.
