Sometimes I have to admit I felt a little weird to take photos of people.
I had a sensation that someone could get upset by looking at me “stealing moments” but the truth is that what I am doing is simply representing reality, and I am not going to do anything strange with my smartphone.
So don’t get shy, respect people and don’t stop your work!
Here is a short list of things you should try out:
– Anticipate emotion and capture the moment
– Get people doing actions (at work, at home, outdoors, anywhere)
– Look for details
– While walking around, stop for a moment and wait for things to happen
– People you know, like parents and friends, can be interesting “models” for your shot “in or outdoors”

And if you take a photo of someone recognizable never forget to ask them, if possibile, to sign the model release in the app so your content can be licensed for commercial usage and not only for editorial.
Remember to write the Full Name of the person and have it signed.
