Does 1968 mean something important to you?
2018 marks the 50th anniversary of 1968, the year of revolts.
During the ‘60s, several countries all over the world lived a time of deep cultural, social and political transformation, originated by movements for civil rights, working conditions and other pivotal issues. The rise of political and race conflicts in the US led in that year to the assassination of Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy.
Help us to create an archive of that period. Do you own any memorabilia? A pin, a poster, original records from that year; is your father’s parka still in the wardrobe? Search through your family album, for images of that year when the skirts got shorter and the hair longer; take shots of your relative during their daily family moments or while attending gatherings or marches to support the workers or students movements.
